<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it hard to generate electrolytic corrosion caused by moisture in a contact unit for up-and-down conduction for mutually connecting wirings provided on the different layers of an image reading panel, in an image reading apparatus equipped with the image reading panel. <P>SOLUTION: The image reading panel 8 is provided with a structure in which a transparent conduction film 10 for electrostatic protection is provided on an image reading region on a glass substrate 9. In this case, a sealing material 11 is provided on the glass substrate 9 in the circumference of the transparent conduction film 10 for electrostatic protection. Further, the contact unit for up-and-down conduction for mutually connecting the wirings provided on the different layers on the glass substrate 9 is provided in the circumference of the transparent conduction film 10 for electrostatic protection and is covered by the sealing material 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
