Method for determination of effect of alimentary deficit of vitamin Вon functioning of nerve-muscle synapse through formation of thiamin-deficit condition. One performs registration of characteristics of spontaneous and induced secretion of mediator from nerve ends of diaphragm and by deflection of those from norm one determines effect of alimentary deficit of vitamin Вon functioning of nerve-muscle synapse.
