FIELD: physics, guidance. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in food, chemical, oil, gas welding and in household sphere. The device contains the hollow cylindrical case (C) with the mobile element (E) inside. E parts a vacuity K on length on two parts equipped with two holes for linking with streams of substances. Each of K parts is in addition parted on two joined vacuities (V). One of V is equipped by an input hole for input of all stream of one of substances in K. The second V in the middle is equipped by an exhaust outlet for a deduction of the same stream from the K middle. Holes of one part of the case serve for input and output of one stream, holes of the second part of the case serve for input and output of the second stream, and input holes are shifted in a dilatational direction concerning exhaust outlets. Each V is joined to an exhaust outlet with V, located between an end face of locking a device and a corresponding face cover K. E with the locking devices on the extremities are executed with possibility of travel under the influence of an odds of quantities of pressure from its legs along sections of linkings between case vacuities so that in process of travel E of quantity of the areas of flow sections of linkings between V the case and flow sections of input holes changed. ^ EFFECT: maintenance of effective, convenient and simple regulation of quantities of rate of flux of streams. ^ 10 cl, 14 dwg |
