<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device and electronic apparatus capable of achieving directive display with simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal device emits light constituting a first image to a first range 3L, and emits light constituting a second image to a second range 3R including a range different from the first range. The liquid crystal display device has a plurality of pixels L arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate and emitting the light constituting the first image to a second substrate side, and a plurality of pixels R arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate and emitting the light constituting the second image to a second substrate side. A color filter 33 including red, green and blue color elements 32r, 32g and 32b is arranged between the second substrate and the pixels L and R. The blue color element 32b is arranged at least in a part of an area through which both of light emitted from a blue pixel 4b (L) to the first range 3L and light emitted from a blue element 4b (R) to the second range 3R pass.
