<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency switch module which is small, and excellent in electrical properties. <P>SOLUTION: This high-frequency switch module is provided on a laminate constituted by a plurality of dielectric layers having an electrode pattern and switches a sending circuit and a receiving circuit of a plurality of transmission/reception systems with different pass bands, wherein a terminal electrode coupled to an antenna, a terminal electrode coupled to the sending circuit, and a terminal electrode coupled to receiving circuit are formed at the periphery of a bottom of the laminate, a plurality of ground electrodes GND are formed at the central region and the periphery of the bottom of the laminate, and the ground electrodes GND are connected with a first ground electrode formed on the approximately entire surface of the lowest layer of the laminate through a via hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
