<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure having two members that can prevent an axial force from decreasing due to loosening of screw connection even at a temperature higher than that during tightening, and that always maintains a firm fastening state and to provide a fluid filter using the structure. <P>SOLUTION: The fastening structure of the two members comprises a member 2 that has a high thermal expansion rate is provided with an abutting portion 2c on its tip end side of a screw-connecting portion thereof, and the other member 3 that has a low thermal expansion rate is provided with an abutted portion 3d that is abutted by the abutting portion on a base end side of a screw-connected portion. As the temperature becomes higher, such a fastening structure is clasped more strongly by the screw-connected portion and the abutted portion of the member having the low thermal expansion rate is more tightly clasped and compressed.
