A bookshelf is provided to allow the side plate to be folded with a bottom plate, thereby reducing the total volume and improving the convenience of storage and transportation. A bookshelf comprises a bottom plate; and a side plate which is connected to the both ends of the bottom plate by hinge and can be stood of be folded by an angular movement, wherein the bottom plate comprises at least three plates which are connected in a row by hinge so as to allow the length according to the number of the books put in the bookshelf and can be folded one another.
