A conveyor has connected to each other linear sections that form together with traction device a working flight and a return line, at that each section has at least bottom of working flight with guides fixed to it, two guides of return line and traction device that moves in guides and is arranged as two closed chains with scrapers fixed to those. In the first variant of implementation each linear section is arranged with support plate, bottom of working flight is installed with inclination to side of load and fixed to support plate, under the bottom there is placed and fixed to the bottom first guide of return line, and both guides of return line are fixed to support plate. Such implementation makes it possible to have minimal height of working flight side at side of loading and to decrease width of linear section sue to partial placement of return line under the working flight. In the second variant of implementation the linear section is arranged with support plate, bottom of working flight is installed with inclination to side of loading and fixed to support plate, under the bottom first guide of return line is placed and fixed to the bottom and the support plate, the support plate is arranged with side wall at goaf side, and the guide of the second return line is placed over the plate and fixed to its side. Such implementation decreases possibility of return line jamming. In third variant of implementation the bottom of the working flight is made bended in middle part at length of section, scrapers of traction device are bended across axles of those in their middle part. Such implementation characterizes most compact design of the conveyor with the same advantages that of conveyor by second variant of implementation. |
