PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning gauge for intraoral vertical ramus osteotomy, with which a osteotomy line can be exactly and easily positioned when performing the operation of intraoral vertical ramus osteotomy in the treatment of dentofacial deformity. SOLUTION: A slender board 2 is folded into almost dogleg shape as a whole, and a hook part 3 to be hooked on the lower edge of the ramus by folding the front side top end part oppositely to the folding direction of such a folded spot is formed. Then, a scale 4 for a prescribed length is provided on the surface of the board forward from the folded spot, the hook part is hooked on the rear edge of the ramus, and osteotomy can be exactly performed by using the scale 4. |
