PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply-configured electrically-driven periodontal toothbrush to all persons in need at a low cost, the toothbrush being capable of effectively preventing, treating a periodontal disease and eliminating bad breath derived from periodontal disease that is specific to mankind since mankind started eating cooked food and 70% or more mankind still have according to a survey by WHO.SOLUTION: A periodontal toothbrush has a simple structure to reduce the number of parts and manufacturing steps, resulting in low manufacturing cost. The periodontal toothbrush is also reduced in noise and easy to wash. A head of the toothbrush can be bent at various angles freely to improve a cleaning efficiency.
