PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration gyro manufacturing method, capable of stably fixing a vibrator and support members with high accuracy, and to provide a columnar member holding part used in the same. SOLUTION: This columnar member holding part 20 is equipped with two longitudinal contact pieces 20a and 20b for horizontally pinching an end part of the vibrator as a columnar member, and two lateral contact pieces 20c and 20d; they are deformed elastically, to widen the space between them by applying pressures to pressing parts 20m and 20n, and the vibrator is disposed in the widened space; and then by removing the pressures the vibrator is disposed at a position and the support members are fixed in this state. This vibration is prevented from looking to the exterior, the stability of vibration is enhance, and the performance of the vibration gyro can be enhanced. |
