PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of efficiently recovering indium and gallium without performing the pulverization of material containing the oxides of gallium, indium, and zinc.SOLUTION: There is provided a method where indium is separated and recovered to separately recover gallium, including: a step where material containing the oxides of gallium, indium, and zinc is leached with acid to obtain an acid leach liquid; a step where, using the acid leach liquid as an electrolytic solution, electrolytic extraction is performed to obtain electrolytically extracted metal indium; and a step where the pH of the electrolytic solution after the electrolytic extraction is controlled to 3-9 to obtain the hydroxide residue containing the gallium.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
