PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation tomography apparatus capable of acquiring a clear tomographic image by accurately removing a scattered ray component included in the tomographic image.SOLUTION: A non-scattered ray component included in a simultaneous event number is estimated by using γ-ray energy distribution. The scattered ray has such characteristics that energy is lower than that of a non-scattered ray. In this invention utilizing the characteristics, a distribution spectrum Sa of γ-ray energy is generated in each tomography, a non-scattered ray component indicated in the shown figure is estimated by using the distribution spectrum Sa and the simultaneous event number is corrected based on the estimation. Since a tomographic image from which a scattered ray component is erased in accordance with a scattered ray irradiation situation which is different in each tomography can be generated, the radiation tomography apparatus capable of acquiring a clear tomographic image can be provided. |
