SOLUTION: The negative electrode for the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes an active material and a carbon black, a carbon material can occlude and emit the active material as lithium ion with specific surface area of 0.1 to 30 m<2> g<-1> and the carbon black of less than 10 wt.% to the active material is added.
