<p>PURPOSE:To surely stick a lubricant on the internal wall of a conduit and decrease the friction coefficient of the conduit internal surface, and to smoothly feed the wire rod for communication by force by feeding lubricant particles which contain the lubricant into the conduit with pressure fluid before the wire rod for communication is laid in the conduit. CONSTITUTION:Before the wire rod 4 for communication is laid in the conduit 1, the lubricant particles which contain the lubricant are fed into the conduit 1 with the pressure fluid. The lubricant particles are soft plastic particles which contains a large amount of lubricant and the size of the particles is preferably smaller than the diameter of the conduit so that directions can freely be changed in the conduit. Various lubricants of fatty acid such as stearic acid and fatty acid amide such as olefin acid amide, erucyl amide, and amide stearate, etc., are usable. Consequently, the lubricant can be selected matching conditional environment even after the conduit is laid, a variety of lubricants need not be prepared as to the conduit side according to operability, material prices, and working temperature bands, and the cost is reducible.</p> |
