PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for point management which can smoothly process a bonus asked by a user. SOLUTION: The system for point management is comprised of a call center 11 and a database server 12. The system responds in voice expediting users to input certification data and a request for a bonus with a help of functions IVR 11B of a call center 11 consequently, the system receives the certification data and the request for bonus, reads membership data for the users from the database server 12 based on the received certification data, reads also an identification number of a bonus provider from the database server 12 based on the received bonus request, and instructs a transfer of the communication data from the user to the identification number being read by using a PBX 11A and a CTI 11C.
