PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a switch-board to be assembled efficiently without hazards. SOLUTION: Each functional component part is individually assembled outside the switch-board, by making the internal structure of a box 1 that constitutes a protective and control switch-board separate at every function. Also, the box is placed horizontally on an assembling truck by keeping a given height. Then, the pre-assembled functional components parts are assembled into corresponding positions of the box.
