PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a decorative effect, reduce heat generation, promote the growth of corals and water plants, and extend their lives by arranging high-intensity parallel light LED lamps having different luminescent colors for each block on a substrate provided on the water tank. SOLUTION: High-intensity parallel light reflection type LED lamps of red, green and blue, for example, are arranged in turn for each line or in turn in each line on the substrate of a radiation device 4 arranged on a water tank 1. The controller 7 of the radiation device 4 is provided with a switch 8 and a dimming volume 9, and living beings and molded objects 10 colored in red, green and blue are arranged in the water tank 1. When only the lamp of blue color is lighted, for example, the light environment of 450-550nm in the sea is reproduced.
