PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the filling of a liquid by stably vertically moving a container under a state wherein a specified interval is kept by a simple constitution by constituting a liquid filling device in such a manner that by container guides which are provided on both sides of a pitch conveyor to carry containers with a specified interval, the bottom part of the container is mounted on a lower supporting part, and the container is supported, and at the same time, both side parts of the container are supported by side supporting parts. SOLUTION: For this liquid filling device wherein a container 1 is lifted in the middle of a carrying path of a carrying conveyor, and a liquid is filled by a filling nozzle which is arranged at a specified location, the carrying conveyor 5 equipped with an engaging member which has a carrying face having a narrower width than the diameter of the bottom of the container, and is engaged with the container and keeps the container 1 with a specified interval, a container guide which is arranged in the middle of the carrying path, and has a lower supporting part 13 to support the bottom of the container 1 and side supporting parts 14 to support both sides of the container, and a vertically moving means which vertically moves the container guide are provided.
