PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footrest spreadable from a toe board surface onto a floor surface at the time of use and providing a massaging effect. SOLUTION: This footrest 1 can be used such that a lid member 3 is turned from a case member 2 mounted on a surface of a toe board 31 backward to be spread on a surface of a floor 32. A first foot mat 20 mounted on the case member 2 and a second foot mat 21 mounted on the lid member 3 respectively have projecting corrugated parts whose envelope faces are bent, while the envelope face fits an arch of a foot so as to provide a massaging effect.
