PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture handle grip heater preventing severance of a heater wire and movement of lead wires caused by push pressure of molding when molding a grip rubber to a grip base. SOLUTION: In this handle grip heater, after the respective lead wires 3a, 3b are wound along the periphery direction in one end of the grip base 1 at least once and are fixed to form at least a double circular winding part, the surface grip rubber 9 is molded on the peripheral face of the grip base 1.
