PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper roll capable of preventing the looseness of the paper roll with the lapse of time not only a thin paper but also a paper having a large width or thickness, a highly rigid paper material such as ink jet recording paper or the like, and also preventing the carrying of a foreign matter to the carrying part of a recording apparatus. SOLUTION: In this paper roll 1 consisting of a rolled image-recordable length ink jet recording paper 2, a through-hole 3 extending through in the roll diameter direction is provided out of the image recording range K for recording an image of the ink jet recording paper 2 to fix the peripheries of the overlapping ink jet recording papers 2 constituting the inner wall of the through-hole 3 to the ink jet recording papers 2 adjacent thereto in the roll diameter direction. |
