PURPOSE: An electronic settlement method using a credit card equipped with a security code table on the Internet is provided to permit only the lawful credit card holder to perform credit card settlement by making a settler perform no settlement in a state having the credit card equipped with the security code table even if the settler knows information related to the credit card. CONSTITUTION: A shopping mall server receives credit card information and a security code corresponding to a specified order in the security code table from a user terminal by receiving an electronic settlement request with the credit card(S50), and transmits it to a PG(Payment Gateway) server with goods transaction information(S60). The PG server requests approval to a credit card company server by transmitting the credit card information, the security code, the order, and the goods transaction information(S70). The credit card company server transmits an approval code to the PG server if the credit card is available and the security code is correct(S130). The PG server approves the electronic settlement by the credit card to the shopping mall server(S160).
