<p>A method and a call controller for triggering the user service under the controlling of the application server are provided. The method includes the following steps: the trigger conditions are divided to several trigger groups; after the call arrives the call controller, in the call, the call controller matches each condition of each trigger group according to the call information, after this group of conditions all have been matched, the next trigger group will be matched.</p> |
