FIELD: technological processes; mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: tubular billet is installed in cartridge with clearance, tool with deforming flanges is pushed through billet opening with deformation of tubular billet in radial direction. Tubular billet is used with external circuit that provides clearance in local sections of perimeter between cartridge and stock for free volume mandrelling. In order to deform tubular billet in radial direction, mandrel is used with deforming flanges arranged according to shape of finished product cavity, which are oriented according to directions of clearances. ^ EFFECT: technological resources are expanded, product quality is increased as well as tool efficiency and resistance. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex |
