<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting an RFID tag and a system of detecting an RFID tag for individually detecting RFID tags mounted inside each of a plurality of hollow cylindrical metal objects in the order of arrangement. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of detecting an RFID tag, when an RFID reader antenna is inserted into or removed from the hollow section of the hollow cylindrical metallic object, and a plurality of RFID tags are detected by the RFID reader antenna (when the frequency of detecting the RFID tag is high) (S42: Yes), the signal intensity of a radio signal to be transmitted form the RFID reader antenna is reduced (S42), and when the RFID tag is not detected by the RFID reader antenna ("No" side in S4), the signal intensity of a radio signal to be transmitted from the RFID reader antenna is increased (S5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
