<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently measure the concentration of steroid hormone inside skin, such as, estrogen having a meaningful function of skin aspects. <P>SOLUTION: The steroid hormone, such as, estrogen within a horny layer of the skin is quantified by carrying out LC-MS analysis of the steroid hormone, obtained from the horny layer of the skin collected by a tape-stripping method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
