PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise caused by vibration of a plunger in a control valve for a variable displacement compressor in which energization control of a PWM method is executed.SOLUTION: A control valve 1 comprises: a body 5 having a port 16 that communicates with a discharge chamber, a port 14 that communicates with a control chamber, and a main valve hole 20 that is provided in a passage connecting the port 16 and the port 14; a main valve element 30 contacting with and separating from the main valve hole 20 to open and close a valve part; a solenoid 3 subjected to energization control by a PWM method and generating solenoid force for driving the main valve element 30 in the open and close directions of the valve part; and a vibration absorption structure including a spring 104 connected to a plunger 50 that is displaced integrally with the main valve element 30, and a weight 102 that is connected to the plunger 50 via the spring 104 in a relatively displaceable manner, the vibration absorption structure suppressing vibration of the main valve element 30 caused by the PWM control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
