PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a molded product, onto which coat excellent in weatherability, chipping resistance and the like is formed, under heat and pressure by a method wherein thermosetting sheet molding compound or bulk molding compound is formed in a mold under heat and pressure and, after that, covering composition containing vehicle consisting of specified constituents and pigment is poured in the mold and, under the state just mentioned above, the compound together with the covering composition is heated and pressurized. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting sheet molding compound or bulk molding compound is formed in a mold under heat and pressure. Next covering composition containing vehicle constituent mainly consisting of mixed compound, which is mode of the mixing ratio of polyepoxide-polyacrylate to polycarbonate urethane polyacrylate derived from polycarbonate diol of 95:5-5:95 in weight, and polymerizable unsaturated monomer and pigment is poured in the mold and, under the state just mentioned above, the compound together with the covering composition is heated and pressurized. |
