<p>A wrinkle or corrugated structure (10) for upper structure of shoes includes a plurality of wrinkles of deformable material encompassed by a peripheral sewing edge (11). The wrinkle structure (10) is sewn to form a vamp portion (20) of a shoe along the peripheral sewing edge (11), with the wrinkles disposed transversely to a length of the shoe.
