<p>PURPOSE:To lessen a current probe in size and to enhance every part of a ring-shaped magnetic coil in high frequency response by a method wherein ring-shaped pieces stressed and magnetostrictive are deposited on a board. CONSTITUTION:Ring-shaped pieces stressed and magnetostrictive are deposited on a board. A magnetic material 1a is used in place of a magnetic body and of multilayered structure wherein metal magnetic material layers 11 and non- magnetic insulating material layers 12 are alternately laminated. In this case, the thickness of the metal magnetic material layer 11 is set below the skin depth of a measured frequency, and the non-magnetic insulating material layer 12 is set thick enough to enable the adjacent metal magnetic material layers 11 to be electrically insulated from each other. By this setup, a current probe core can be formed small in thickness as kept high enough in uniaxial magnetic anisotropy along its ring shape, so that a current probe can be lessened in size and every part of a ring-shaped magnetic core can be set high in high frequency response.</p> |
