<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a smooth coating at low cost even when the chamfer part is provided. SOLUTION: The core material of the grand piano back lid 22 is a particle board 2 which is inexpensive and hard to form a smooth coating surface, but its entire surface is covered with phenol backers 4 and 18 and corner members 14 through easy operation, so that the part where the particle board 2 forms an external surface is never coated. Further, the beveled part 16 and top surface 14b of the corner member 14 are coated as external surfaces, but the corner members 14 are formed of coniferous timber or lauan, so a sufficiently smooth coating surface can easily be formed, and this coating surface which is smooth enough can be formed without taking a time as compared with a case wherein the surface of the particle board 2 is merely coated.</p> |
