The invention concerns roller bearing, in particular for a motor vehicle non-driving wheel, with two rows of rolling elements (4), comprising a rotating hub (1) constituting the outer ball raceway, and a fixed spindle element (3) whereon are fitted the inner ball raceways (42, 43) in contact with each other, the spindle element (3) being linked to a fixed support (2) provided with means (22) to be rigidly fixed on the vehicle. The spindle element (3) comprises at one end a guide flange (32) against which a first inner ball raceway is axially abutted, the fixed support being tightly fitted on the spindle element, abutted against a second inner ball raceway and axially maintained by a collar (33) formed by plastic deformation of an inner end (34) of the spindle element, opposite the outer end. |
