PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-quality mineral salt rich in the mineral content without requiring expensive investment for equipment. SOLUTION: Seawater is concentrated by boiling at specified temperature to obtain concentrated water (step S1). The concentrated water is fed to a double boiler (step S2) and the inside of the double boiler is controlled to a specified temperature to vaporize the water in the concentrated water and to crystallize magnesium chloride(MgCl), potassium chloride (KCl) and calcium chloride(CaCl) included in the sea water. Thus, mineral salt consisting essentially of sodium chloride (NaCl) and being rich in magnesium chloride(MgCl), potassium chloride (KCl) and calcium chloride(CaCl) is produced. |
