PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally constitute a film scanner which captures image information of high sharpness while holding and feeding photographic films in-between with rollers. SOLUTION: The drive rollers DR are formed by thinly coating the outer peripheries of core materials 24 with resin materials 25 and rotating bodies 34 freely rotatably born at pivots 32 form pressing members 35 to their outer peripheries. The diameter in the central positions in the transverse direction of the pressing members 35 is reduced to integrally form two pressing circumferential parts 35A for pressing the photographic films across 1P of perforations. The photographic films 1 are held in-between by the drive rollers DR and the pressing rollers PR and the scanning of the image information of the photographic films 1 is carried out.
