PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-transfer sheet, which does not generate a blank space on the end edge of an image formed article, and by which a printed matter having a heat-transfer image on the total surface can be inexpensively and easily obtained by a printer of a simple structure without equipment such as a cutting device, and of which the image quality is excellent; and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This heat-transfer image receiving sheet comprises a card type main body section, and an accessory section which is connected with the right and left sides of the main body section. In this case, a perforation is provided along the boundaries between the main body section and the accessory sections. The perforation is a microperforation which can be cut off by bending the accessory sections to the main body section along the perforations. |
