PURPOSE:To enable quick elimination of foul breath after eating an odorous vegetable such as garlic, by immersing the odorous vegetable in a liquid containing menthol, etc., thereby deodorizing the vegetable. CONSTITUTION:Raw or dried raw material of odorous vegetable such as garlic or onion is immersed in a liquid containing 0.001-0.01% of menthol, 0.05-1.2% of citric acid and/or lactic acid and 0.05-0.5% of DL-alanine, left standing under a weight for a prescribed period, taken out of the immersion liquid and crushed. |
