PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment capable of displaying a picture which cannot be by a person who transmits the picture, and letting a person who receives the picture feel interesting or unexpected, and imagine where the picture has been photographed. SOLUTION: This communication equipment transmits or receives a photographed picture by adding a picture independent of the photographed picture and irrelevant to the will of the photographer of the photographed picture to the photographed picture.
