PURPOSE: A noise control method and device for an apartment house, a multilayered house or a multilayered building is provided to absorb and intercept vibration of solid borne sound from an upper floor, to bear dead load and live load of an upper floor stably and safely and to reduce the time and cost required for construction by utilizing a lightweight foamed PC plate or a PC plate. CONSTITUTION: The noise control method and device for an apartment house, a multilayered house or a multilayered building comprise the steps of: perforating many holes on an adiabatic, thermal insulation and sound-absorbing materials(20), fixing a bearing pipe(30) to the hole, inserting an elastic bearing member(40) which is thicker or larger than the adiabatic, thermal insulation and sound-absorbing materials(20) to the bearing pipe(30) to be projected to the upper and lower sides of the adiabatic, thermal insulation and sound-absorbing materials(20), or to be projected to the upper side or the lower side, then placing on a skeleton slab(10); or constructing an upper floor by forming a primary air layer(45) and a secondary air layer(46) by placing a lightweight foamed PC plate or a PC plate(60), or, forming one air layer on the upper and lower parts in a multiplex structure, then forming a hot-water pipe(70) and a finishing mortar layer(90); or constructing an upper floor layer by forming a primary air layer(45) and a secondary air layer(46) by placing a lightweight foamed PC plate or a PC plate(60), or, forming one air layer on the upper and lower part in a multiplex structure, then placing lightweight foamed concrete, a hot-water pipe(70) and a finishing mortar layer(90); or constructing an upper floor layer by forming a primary air layer(45) and a secondary air layer(46) by placing a board, or, forming one air layer on the upper and lower part in a multiplex structure, then placing lightweight foamed concrete, a hot-water pipe(70) and a finishing mortar layer(90); or forming a primary air layer(45) and a secondary air layer(46) by placing a board, or, forming one air layer on the upper and lower parts in a multiplex structure and laying a hot-water pipe(70), then finishing with a finishing mortar layer(90); and constructing a flooring plank by placing a wood skeleton.
