PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer material which has a low dielectric constant and can reduce light transmission loss. SOLUTION: This diamine has one or more silsequioxane skeletons represented by formula (1) (X is a substituted or non-substituted alkyl, a substituted or non-substituted alkenyl or a substituted or non-substituted aryl) in the molecule.
