The present invention relates to a surface cross-linked super absorbent resin and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to a novel surface cross-linked super absorbent resin enabling effective reduction of processing time and cost by enhancing physical properties of the super absorbent resin by means of adding water-soluble salts comprising polyvalent cations, a polycarbonic acid-based copolymer, which is a novel polymer, and a surface cross-linking agent to the super absorbent polymer and performing surface cross-linking. |
