PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling device that can sample while keeping airtightness and capable of preventing lowering the operation efficiency of a process line and the like.SOLUTION: A sampling device for sampling powder from an airtight chamber includes: a case 11 covering an opening 3h formed on piping 3 and air-tightly blocking the opening 3h from the outside; and a shaft member 15 in which the top end part is located inside the case 11 and the base end part is located outside of the case 11. The shaft member 15 has the top end inserted into the piping 3 and includes a sampling part 16 for sampling powder. The case 11 includes an expansion and contraction portion which can be expanded and contracted and including a shaft member support part 13s for supporting the shaft member 15. The shaft member support part 13s of the expansion and contraction part 13 restricts a relative movement of the shaft member 15 to the axial direction with respect to the shaft member support part 13s.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
