PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode noise filter that can magnetically couple three coils with good balance.SOLUTION: A common mode noise filter includes a magnetic part 12 formed of a magnetic material provided to non-magnetic layers 11a to 11g, and first to third coils 13, 14, 15 configured by electrically connecting plural coil conductors. Coil conductors 13a, 13b constituting the first coil 13, coil conductors 14a, 14b constituting the second coil 14 and coil conductors 15a, 15b constituting the third coil 15 are successively laminated to form each of plural lamination parts 16a, 16b, and the plural lamination parts 16a, 16b are laminated. In the adjacent lamination parts 16a, 16b, the cross-sectional area of the magnetic part 12 provided between the coil conductor constituting the first coil 13 and the coil conductor constituting the third coil 15 is set to be larger than the cross-sectional areas of the other magnetic parts 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
