PURPOSE:To easily and surely suck and hold a 1005 chip to a chip several mm square in right posture by making it in such shape that a plurality of slits at the top of a parts suction nozzle are extended radially from the center to the periphery, and that the widths of the slits become narrower toward the center. CONSTITUTION:The aperture 3 of a parts suction nozzle 1 is constituted of a plurality of slits 3a approximately 0.2mm to approximately 0.4mm in width and approximately 0.7mm or less in length of the rectilinear part, and the aperture 3 is in the shape of projecting in six direction radially from the center of the parts suction face 2. Consequently the area of the aperture 3 is set large so that failure of suction is minimized even if there is dislocation in the suction of parts. Furthermore, since is takes a constitution of narrowing down the width of the slits 3 toward the center, even in case of an extremely small part such as 1005, it never gets in the aperture 3. Moreover, the area of the aperture 3 is approximately 90% of a conventional nozzle, so the suction force never drops greatly. |
