<p>PURPOSE:To utilize high speed data communication for an ISDN even when a terminal equipment inputs or outputs a low speed data by storing a transmission reception data once and converting the speed of the data to a data processing terminal equipment to an optional speed. CONSTITUTION:Data sent from a network and a terminal equipment are stored respectively to reception and transmission storage means 103,1 04. Then timing information of a call/interrupt means 105 decided by a transmission data quantity and a talking time is sent to a network control section 106. The control section 106 implements call control based on the timing information and control information from an interface 110 and a data output means of the interface 110 outputs a reception storage data to a terminal equipment at an optional speed. Moreover, a data input means of the interface 110 receives a data from the terminal equipment at an optional speed and separates the data into a transmission data and a control data. Thus, even a low speed input output data terminal equipment can utilize ISDN high speed data communication.</p> |
