<p>PURPOSE:To develop a time scale panel by which time of a foreign country corresponding to time of the own country can be known without having a timepiece of a foreign country and without calculating a difference in time, and also, time of the own country corresponding to time of a foreign country can be known at the time of staying in a foreign country. CONSTITUTION:A time scale panel 2 is provided at the outside periphery of a circular time scale panel 1, the time scale panel of the outside periphery is regarded to show time of the own country, the circular scale panel 1 of the inside is regarded to show time of other country, and by shifting the circular time scale panel by a difference in time 3 between both the countries, time of a foreign country of the inside corresponding to time of the own country of the outside periphery can be read. On the other hand, at the time of staying in a foreign country, time of the own country of the outside periphery carresponding to time of a foreign country of the inside can be read.</p> |
