PURPOSE:To discriminate whether or not the difference between inputted number of on-states and inputted number of off-states is positive, zero or negative by providing stepwise switch elements operated in response to a signal from a control terminal with simple configuration. CONSTITUTION:Control terminals IY1-IY5 receiving an on-state, control terminals IN1-IN5 receiving an off-state, and control terminals IA1-IA5 receiving an intermediate-state are provided to a 1st - 5th stage of the count circuit. Switch elements of (2n-1) sets are provided to the n-th stages (n<=N) in 1st to (N+1)-th stages (N=2 in this embodiment) and switch elements of (4N-2n+5) sets are provided to the n-th stage in (N+2)th to (2N+1)-th stages. For example, 2nd switching elements of the 2nd stage are MOS TQ7-Q9. For example, an input signal whose level is logical H is given to the terminals IN1, IN2, IA3, IY4, IN5, only MOST Q1, Q4, Q14, Q30, Q43 are turned on and a low level signal is outputted from an output terminal O(-) only. |
