PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a voltage value and a current value which are easy to utilize from a low current pulsing voltage existing in an environment. SOLUTION: In a charge/discharge circuit shown in Fig. 1, as a switch 2 is closed and an output side switch 3 is opened, a current is applied to a capacitor 6, a diode 9, a capacitor 7, a diode 10, and a capacitor 8 which are connected in series with each other via a resistor 4 and the capacitors 6-8 are charged. When the capacitors 6-8 are discharged, as the switch 2 is opened and the switch 3 is closed, charges stored in the capacitors 6-8 are discharged. As reverse bias voltages are applied to the diodes 9 and 10 and currents are not applied to the diodes 9 and 10, the capacitors 6-8 are connected in parallel with the switch 3 and a resistor 5. A voltage V1 in a moment the discharge is started, therefore, is equal to a voltage between terminals of each one of the capacitors 6-8 (theoretically 1/3 of 10 V). |
