摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in the conventional carriageway marking formed by applying paint onto an asphalt face or a concrete face wherein peeling of a painted face progresses due to a difference of an expansion coefficient between the painted face and a road face, disappearance of the marking along with damage of painting is caused by an atmospheric change, solar radiation, abrasion by a tire in a passing vehicle, freezing of the road face, and snow removal to increase expenses for repainting the disappeared marking or a vehicle-related accident by leaving the disappearance of the marking, a smooth painted face reduces vehicle braking effect to increase traffic risk, and the visibility of the marking reduces in the case of rain. SOLUTION: This baking finish plate formed by baking a target color on a strong metallic face has a more than seven-fold marking effect in comparison of durability with an ordinary paint finished one, so that it is economically advantageous. Even if a difference of expansion coefficient is generated, no crack is formed on the thin steel plate surface because the anticorrosion thin steel plate baking finish plate and the like has high tensile force. A rugged surface formed by embossing machine on the baking-finish plate made of the anticorrosion thin steel plate increases the vehicle braking effect, and consequently, traffic safety can be improved.
