PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To go up/down stairs by providing an arm, which can make one rotation by a gear motor, under the seat of a wheel chair, providing a gear head incorporating the gear motor at its tip and guiding a gear roller along a rail attached to the stairs so as to lift up and down and to move back and forth the wheel chair by arm operation. SOLUTION: The arm 6 is mounted between the seat and the left wheel of the wheel chair and under the seat in a body with a wheel shaft and in a state where only the arm 6 can independently be rotated by 360 deg.. The tip of the arm 6 is made a shaft in the form of a hexagonal hook and a gear motor for lifting the wheel chair and the gear head 1 is mounted in the state of being slidable to right/left. A gear motor for moving it back and forth are incorporated in the gear head 1 to be operated by an operation switch panel 9. The arm 6 is operated to right/left to lift up and down the wheel to guide a gear roller 2 into the rail provided at the stairs to move the wheel chair back and forth by the gear motor for moving back and forth. Thus, it is possible to go up and down stairs.
